Seminar - Expanding the Tiki Palate: Tropical drink making beyond Rum by brother Cleve

When one thinks of Tropical Cocktails, Rum is considered to be the primary ingredient. And a lot of that is because, in 1934 after the end of Prohibition, Rum was readily available, cheap, and exotic. But look deep within the menus of Trader Vic, Harry Yee, Joe Scialom, Tony Ramos and others, and you’ll find drinks with Bourbon, Vodka, Gin, Scotch, Pisco, Tequila, Cachaça and more. Join Brother Cleve as we examine some of these libations and try making some new ones ourselves.

***Street parking only. If you park in the Last Straw lot your car will be towed.
