Ice is truly of the cocktail bartender's most important tools -- and its never more true than when its applied to tiki cocktails. The texture, temperature and final taste profile of many island-inspired libations may come down to the simple application of shaking, swizzling or stirring. In addition, tiki lends itself to a host of inventive garnish and presentation methods utilizing various styles of ice and speciality tools.
We're proud to welcome Maté Hartai of Dallas-based ice company, Cold Standard who will lead a remarkable afternoon of education around tiki and rum cocktails through the lens of ice.
